The move to the new lodge meant that we were too busy to publicise this important 6-monthly event and only seven competitors took part.
Not withstanding the low turnout, a very close competition took place which was eventually won by Danny Jones of Llandyrnog - but will he be able to successfully hold on to the Trophy in September ? Only time will tell...
